Get Into the Habit of Creating Health and Wealth

Ultimately, there are two things that everyone should strive for in life, good health, and creating wealth. If you think about it, essentially all of our actions fall into one of these categories. However, it’s up to you to take the right actions to produce the best results. This is your key to achieving a happy and healthy life of freedom. But we have to go beyond the basic concepts of health and wealth and gain a deeper understanding. If you’re stuck in the mind frame that health is just about your physical being and wealth is solely about the amount of money that you have…you’ll never reach heightened success. So let’s ditch this small way of thinking and explore the bigger picture.


Health is much more than just exercising and eating right. Sure, that plays a big part in your overall health, but those aren’t the only things you should focus on when building good health. Are you surrounded by the right people in life? Do you stimulate your mind regularly? Do you meditate? All of these are things that contribute to your overall well-being. If you are really looking to build and sustain good health, first and foremost you need to drop your bad habits and fall into healthy ones. Leading a healthy lifestyle requires consistency. After all, exercise isn’t going to be of any help to you if you only workout once a year. Therefore, you have to get into the habit of making healthy choices regularly. So yes, you have to push yourself to workout even when you don’t feel like it. Yes, you should consistently choose water over soda or alcohol. Yes, it’s time to let go of that smoking habit. Yes, you have to get rid of those toxic people in your life who feed on your bad habits instead of encouraging you to make the best decisions for your health. Most importantly, you have to realize that these changes won’t happen overnight. You’re human, of course, you’re going to slip up and make mistakes every now and then. But, it’s how you recover and get back on track that matters. You should be making healthy choices more often than not.

Therefore, in order to build wealth, you can’t just focus on the money aspect. My uncle, who I viewed as one of the most successful people that I know, offered me a bit of insight that has stuck with me ever since. He said that wealth is not about money nor power, it is really about the empowerment of people. Thus you can have all the money in the world, but are you really wealthy if you aren’t empowering others to become wealth creators too? It’s time to get into the habit of uplifting others, growing and sharing your knowledge, building a hell of a team. That’s real wealth creation.

You have the power to change for the better and impact the lives of the people around you. Stand for something greater than just temporary pleasure. Build up your legacy, share what you know, empower others, and stay in good health so that you can see the fruits of your labor bloom. After all, you can’t enjoy your wealth if you don’t have good health and it’s much harder to stay in good health if you don’t have access to real wealth.
